Our Process

Your customer experience is our priority. From early insights and strategy to content creation, design, and development, we collaborate with you at every stage of the game. Our goal is for the world to understand and love your brand as much as you do.

We believe that design is at the core of finding solutions to your problems. With that said, we do things differently at Stepmade. Instead of over promising with sales jargon, gimmicks, and pitches full of fluff, we take a different approach.

We consider every project we take on as a partnership. We will start by analyzing and listening to your goals, current metrics, wishes, and details about your organization. This will help us understand your business and goals, and allow us to collaborate with you to set a foundation for a clear and solid strategy.

Discovery & Strategy

The first step is to get familiar with you and your brand. We analyze your vision, goals, and market with exercises that provide insight and help us develop a strategy that positions you against your competitors and aligns you with your target audience.

  • Clarify your positioning
  • Understand your audience
  • Polish your branding
  • Study your Competition
  • Share insights
  • Refine direction

Plan & Explore

After getting to know you and your business, we will conduct a series of collaborative creative meetings with you to work toward an overall creative concept, tone, and aesthetic for your brand — Allowing us to reveal your new brand during our Brand Vision Presentation.
